Spiritual Fitness – Our Energy Matters!

More and more people are discovering a spiritual practice. Yoga, meditation, reiki, healing – there are many different ways to discover and experiment with energy, and their popularity is on the rise.

Working with energy in a spiritual practice is different from conventional exercise because you are engaging with yourself on many more levels. Day to day exercise helps us maintain emotional and mental clarity, as well as physical well-being. However, it does not dig deep in the way that a practice such as yoga can do over time. Meditation reaches even deeper into our consciousness, whilst reiki and other forms of energy healing work at a deeper level still.

As we start to explore these different practices, we explore and discover different aspects of ourselves. This process of discovery enables us to experience more of life and to learn what serves us best at each level of our being. Spiritual Fitness is about supporting you through this process – it is about looking after your energy at a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Each supports and informs the other, so being mindful of and working on each builds the whole.
