As part of working with our physical energy, it is important to be aware of where your energetic focus is most of the time? Understanding your Aura, Chakra & Energy System

Workshop Overview: This workshop gave an understanding of the energy system as a whole by describing its different elements and explaining how energy moves through them. This included a description of the aura and its component parts, the chakras, and how they connect into the physical body. We also discussed how energy is absorbed by the body and how the condition of the body affects its ability to absorb energy. Given the challenging times we live in, being aware of how your energy system works


Introduction to the Aura

Firstly, there is no one universal truth for the structure of the human energy field. Different traditions and cultures use different terms for the same things, or have a more complex view of the human energy field: for instance, 7 major chakras or 13; a simple structure for the aura or a highly complex one. Here I am going to focus on the 7 major chakras and some key aspects of the aura. This approach is influenced by the Hindu perspective on the energy system.
