Working with our Physical Energy – Exercise

If you work with energy regularly then supporting your physical body with any form of exercise is very beneficial. It enhances the ability of the body to ground and absorb the energy that you are connecting to. Generally it is about keeping things moving and getting the focus of your consciousness into your body as often as possible.
